Japan has been a long-time leading innovator in the cell phone and cellular accessories industry. When everyone state-side was camping outside Apple stores for the iPhone, Japan was saying “Old News!” When we were going gaga over Bluetooth phone headset, Japan was letting out a simultaneous YAWN. When we …well, you get the picture. Japan rules the cell technology. Here are some of the latest advances that they’ve come up with, that we can expect to see in our markets in the next ten years.
First up is the Mitsubishi D800iDS clamshell phone. This beaute has a touchscreen instead of a keypad, which you can doodle on when you're bored using a stylus!
This second innovation smells like a big-seller! The Sony Ericsson SO703i has interchangable face plates which feature a fragrance.
The Panasonic P703i can be submerged in water for 30 minutes and can analyze the moods of text message received.
